REQUIREMENTS
Hayley Dawn Artistry requires a signed bridal contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer to hold and secure your wedding date.
The non-refundable retainer IS transferrable to a new available date if available.
Travel Fee: Hayley Dawn Artistry charges $.62 per total kilometers to locations outside of Kamloops.

WHAT BRANDS DO YOU USE IN YOUR KIT?
Hayley Dawn Artistry supplies high quality products that are tried and true by Hayley herself that are photography compatible. Brands such as; Makeup Forever, Charlotte Tilbury, Makeup by Mario, Patrick Ta, Laura Mercier,
Hourglass Cosmetics and much more.
Any and all sensitivities are addressed prior to applying makeup.
Hayley Dawn Artistry does not offer airbrushing services at this time.

IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?
Yes, a travel fee is required to locations outside of Kamloops. Hayley Dawn Artistry travels throughout the Thompson Nicola Valley, Okanagan, Lower Mainland & beyond. Locations outside of Kamloops = $.62 x total kms.

ARE YOU MOBILE?
Yes, Hayley Dawn Artistry is fully mobile and offers appointments from our home studio if required.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT THE MORNING OF MY WEDDING DAY?
Please expect us to show up show up 10-15 minutes early to set up our station. If possible, please reserve an area near natural lighting with counter space nearby. We will be supplying artificial lighting.
Prior to your wedding date we will release an outline for the morning with a time slot for each makeup application. 30-45 minutes for bridesmaids and mothers and approximately 60 minutes for brides.

Note: Every makeup application includes a lip color application, although for bridesmaids and mothers I suggest bringing a lip product for touch-ups throughout the day.
We can stay as long as needed up until the ceremony for any last minute touch-ups if needed.

IS A BRIDAL CONSULTATION REQUIRED?
Bridal consultations are included in all wedding packages and are highly recommended. At this appointment we discuss details of your wedding, inspiration you have for your wedding day makeup and complete the perfect look prior to your special day. A great day to utilize this appointment is for your engagement photos or any bridal related event to test your look to its fullest!

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK HAYLEY DAWN ARTISTRY’S BRIDAL SERVICES?
Hayley Dawn Artistry requires a completed signed bridal contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer to hold and secure your date, no exceptions. If I have not received both the signed agreement and deposit, the date is still available to others after one week of communication.
